Kontiki Beach Resort
Kontiki is located in the quiet Belnem area south of Kralendijk, closer to the airport than most resorts on the island. The beach here is one of the better ones near town and the snorkeling directly in front of the property is consistently good. Bungalow-style accommodations give it a more laid-back feel than the larger resorts. The restaurant and bar area is popular in the evenings with both guests and locals. Good value for the level of beach access you get.
Caribbean Club Bonaire
Caribbean Club Bonaire is a quieter apartment-style property in the Hato district, a few minutes north of town by car. Units are generously sized with full kitchens and private terraces, making it well-suited for longer stays. The house reef is accessible from the shore and is in excellent condition. The property does not have a full restaurant, so guests need to be comfortable cooking or driving to town. The combination of space, privacy, and reef access at this price point is genuinely hard to beat.

Sorobon Beach Resort
Sorobon sits on the sheltered Lac Bay on the eastern side of Bonaire, well away from Kralendijk's tourist strip. The flat, shallow water here makes it the best windsurfing and kitesurfing spot on the island. Plaza Resort Bonaire
Plaza Resort Bonaire is the largest full-service resort on the island, spread across a wide oceanfront property just south of the town center on Bulevar Gobernador Nicolaas Debrot. The resort has multiple pools, a casino, tennis courts, several restaurants, and a marina, giving it a genuine resort feel. Rooms are comfortable and the ocean-facing units have excellent views. The dive operation is comprehensive and well-organized for groups. It is the closest thing to a large international resort experience that Bonaire offers.
