Francisco B. Reyes Airport is in Busuanga, not on Coron Island itself. The 20-kilometer road to Coron Town Proper takes 30-40 minutes by van or tricycle. Official airport vans charge ₱250-350 per person for shared transfer, or ₱1,500-2,000 for a private van.
If you're heading to an island resort, most arrange private speedboat pickups directly from the airport pier for $30-60 per trip. Confirm this before you land. Showing up at Busuanga Airport hoping to find an ad-hoc transfer to Dimakya Island is not a plan.

Hotels here range from $65 at Hop Inn on the National Highway to $175 at Coron Gateway on Don Pedro Street. The Gateway wins on location: it's 3 minutes on foot to the main island-hopping departure pier and directly above a cluster of dive shops. Worth the extra spend if your itinerary is tour-heavy.
One thing to know: Town Proper gets noisy from Friday night through Sunday. The stretch near San Agustin Street has karaoke bars that run late. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room facing away from the street or pay up for the quieter upper floors at Coron Westown.
