Montego Bay is where most visitors land and many never leave. Gloucester Avenue, the Hip Strip, is the tourist spine: jerk stands, beach bars, and mid-range hotels running from Walter Fletcher Beach to Cornwall Beach. Sangster International Airport is 15 minutes east by taxi. Rose Hall, the luxury corridor, sits another 10 minutes along the A1 highway with Sandals and Half Moon Resort.
